Return Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be fulfilled. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee.  Returns must be received 14 business days from the delivery date. Items must be returned to 105 South Davis Street Nashville, Georgia 31639 and returns are eligible for store credit only.  

Please email shoppesondavis@gmail.com for any items damaged while shipped and provide proof of damage upon opening shipment. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any returns sent back with deodorant stains, makeup stains or pet hair or smoke scent will be refused for return. 

Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange and all returns must be unused in the same condition they were received with tags, as long as the item was purchased at FULL PRICE (items on sale are not eligible for returns).

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be rejected.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer free return shipping.


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please call (229) 237-8728 for questions on refund eligibility. 

Store Credit
ALL store credit will be issued by a gift card that will be emailed to you! The gift card can be used for in store and online purchases with the code sent. To use the gift card in store, please print the gift card and present it at checkout.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or store credit due to damage or issues, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is received past the 14 day period, you will be responsible for return shipping costs or a $15 restocking fee. Shoppes on Davis reserves the right to decline any returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. PLEASE ALLOW 2 WEEKS ON PROCESSING RETURNS.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY SHIPPING! ONCE THE ITEM LEAVES OUR FACILITIES IT'S IN THE HANDS OF THE SHIPPING COMPANY. If you need an item by a certain date, we recommend upgrading to faster shipping.
